GD rubber

    1. Small width and size at the bottom, especially suitable for frame-type wharf;

    2. High energy absorption and high reaction force;

    3. High installation strength and long service life.

Super drum type SC

    1. Increased energy/reaction value

       Compared with the conventional rubber fender of SC super drum type, the E/R.H value was increased by about 15%, while the E/R.H value of the common rubber fender type was generally 0.375~0.385, while the E/R.H value of the SC super drum type rubber fender was generally 0.43~0.44.

    2. More reasonable structure

       Compared with the ordinary rubber fender, SC super drum rubber fender is more reasonable in structure. The fender barrel and flange connection part adopt excessive circular slip,which reduces the stress concentration phenomenon of fender root during compression deformation.

    3. SC super drum rubber fender has the same mounting bolt hole spacing and bolt hole as common rubber fender.

    4. It has the characteristics of small impact of inclined berthing.

The cone ladder ZC

       TD - AA conical rubber fender is a drum type rubber fender of the third generation of products, the rubber cone body and front steel frame of a new structure design, make the fender in reaction under the condition of no increase, the design compression deformation increased from 52.5% to 70%, now became one of the best rubber fender, it appears, can make the dock structure light-duty design and reduce the project cost, is an ideal alternative to the drum type rubber fender.

    Cone-shaped rubber fender has been in existence for ten years. The design of cone-shaped rubber fender has become a new trend of dock design and a new level representing the design of dock fender.

       1. Compared with the super rubber fender of the same specification, the energy absorption is nearly doubled.

       2. In the case of products with similar reaction force and energy absorption, the small-size td-aa conical rubber fender can be used to replace the large-size td-a super drum rubber fender. Then, td-aa800h conical fender can be used to replace the td-a1000h fender and reduce the construction cost of the wharf.

Type D rubber fender

Cylinder (Y) fender

    1. Low reaction force, low surface pressure and reasonable energy absorption

Rubber fender type

    1. Large fender top area, small contact surface pressure;

    2. High energy absorption and low reaction force, applicable to ports of over ten thousand tons;

    3. The span between the two supporting arms can be adjusted, and the compression deformation can reach 52.5%;

    4. The outer surface of the anti-punching plate is ultra-high molecular polyethylene plate or nylon, with low friction coefficient;

    5. It can be installed vertically or horizontally without supporting anchor chain.

V rubber fender

    1. Moderate reaction force and high energy absorption

    2. Firm installation and convenient disassembly

    3. Applicable to medium size wharf

Angle fender

Turn the fender

     The rotating rubber fender absorbs the impact energy of the ship by the rotation of roller and compression deformation (rubber). When the ship berths or moves the ship, the rotating fender can adapt to the movement of the ship and generate rotation, so as to guarantee the safety of the wharf and the ship.

    The rotating fender is applicable to shipyard, dockyard, ro-ro ship dock, dock Angle, and occasions where the ship's movement direction and berthing speed are restricted.


    1. The fender (roller) rotates on three shafts, which can limit and reduce the ship's running speed and is conducive to the safe berthing of the ship;

    2. Compression deformation can reach 40%, more than double the energy absorption of the traditional rotating fender;

    3. As the rotating fender can adapt to the movement of the ship, it does not cause sliding friction between the ship and the fender, so it is not easy to damage the paint of the ship

Rubber ladder

    1. It has the function of rubber fender and gangway, and is more durable than steel gangway

    2. No pit ladder is required, and it is also installed with rubber fender

    3. No risk of collision or rust, and the ladder pillar is flexible

    4. Easy to install and maintain
